Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, images and availability. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your device or changes made by the manufacturer.
All products and orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or listed with inaccurate information. If payment was already received for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Inspired Fragrances and Trademarks
References to other fragrance names, designers or trademarks are used only to describe scent inspiration or comparison. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website or confirmed during the ordering process. Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be communicated before the order is completed.
Orders will be prepared for pickup or delivery after payment has been confirmed. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after product availability, payment and fulfilment arrangements have been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, pickup and delivery information. Please contact us promptly if any information needs to be corrected.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup is available in Portmore or Kingston by prior arrangement. Customers should not travel to a pickup location until the order, date, time and location have been confirmed.
Delivery may be arranged based on location and is available at the customer’s cost. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, all sales are final except where an item is incorrect, damaged, leaking or defective. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy for the complete conditions and reporting requirements.
Product Use and Sensitivities
Fragrance preferences and experiences vary from person to person. Descriptions and fragrance notes are provided as general guidance and do not guarantee that a customer will prefer a particular scent.
