Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, scent preference or after a fragrance has been opened, handled or used.

We encourage customers to review the fragrance description and notes carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaking or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging and issue. Claims submitted without supporting evidence may be difficult to assess.

Resolution

After reviewing the claim, I Am Sherece may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Items must not be discarded or returned until instructions have been provided by I Am Sherece.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an incorrect or damaged item supplied by I Am Sherece.
